I will not recommend this company. The guy came late for 40 min and did very fast job. He didn’t treat the whole carpet (as it was requested), he only did spot cleaning. I’m not happy. I still can see all stains and very bad smell. I asked for recleaning but since 3 days waiting for any openings. I hope I will have another guy to do good cleaning for me.
My daughter peed on our leather couch so I googled and found Chicago couch cleaning company who does leather cleaning and conditioning. They arrived even 15min before agreed time and manually cleaned my couch, removing all stains and urine. They did conditioning in the end so leather is soft and smooth now. It was very good job.

The cleaning tech was responsible and on time. I ordered mattress cleaning but in fact we decided to clean up my sofa and recliner chair as well. I took longer to dry as I was expecting but the result is great. My cat peed on the mattress and it had terrible smell. But I got professional stain removal and pet odor treatment services (which were included into the price). Great job!
