Amazing service. Technicians were efficient and very professional. Just had my couch/sectional cleaned for the first time in five years and it looks just like new! Smells wonderful as well. This company did a fantastic job! They came out to clean my white couch and nursery chair. The couch had quite a few wear and tear stains on it and literally looks brand new! The nursery chair had a ton of denim staining and some baby stains and again, came out wonderfully. Couldn't be happier with the outcome!

Chicago Couch and Mattress Cleaning was great! I reached out via the chat service on their website (extremely responsive and convenient) on Saturday afternoon requesting a quote for my small sectional to be cleaned and I was able to get a cleaning scheduled for Monday afternoon. Not only was scheduling seamless, but Igor and Igor were prompt, communicative, efficient, and respectful. They only took one hour to thoroughly clean my sofa (and they were able to easily add on their services for an ottoman that I decided needed to be cleaned). I thought they were fairly priced (all in all it cost $285 - $245 for my sofa and $40 for my last minute ottoman add) and I definitely will be hiring them for all my future upholstery cleaning needs!

Chicago Couch is AMAZinG. This is the third time that I have used them. They always do a wonderful job- my sofa always looks like new. Last time I had a stain I didn't think would get out and they did d. They go out of their way to make sure they do the most precise job possible. They are very friendly- always on time. Absolutely wonderful experience. I put out a generalized request for upholstery cleaning ... and, while I had many companies respond, my attempts at getting information were fruitless. HOWEVER, Chicago Couch Cleaning responded immediately, answered all my questions, provided a few scheduling options and gave me a quote estimate based on what Zi thought was needed. They confirmed the appointment in the days approaching my cleaning - and also let me know when the technicians were within an hour of arrival on the day of service. They were professional and courteous, worked cleanly and efficiently. They treated for allergens, applied a biological enzyme to combat bacteria and they applied stain repellent, too. My white sectional and two upholstered side chairs look and smell amazing. I can't stress how great an experience this has been. 5 stars!!!

Found this company from reading someone's reviews with a similar couch. I have a Crate and Barrel white linen couch that over the two years I've owned it has gained a couple stains. Igor's team was reliable quick and thorough. They were able to get all the stains out and left my couch looking new again! They are experts in their field and I would highly recommend them.

We had a burst pipe flood in our basement that required carpet and drywall to be removed. Fast forward, after all the remodeling our couches were covered in dust and grime. Found Chicago Couch Cleaners on yelp, texted for a quote and they were super responsive. Great price, set up the service and everything went very smooth. Awesome guys, great cleaning, couldn't be happier. 100% recommend, will use again (just hopefully not for another burst pipe). Thanks CCC!

I had a pet stain that needed removed quickly - I was able to get in within less than 36 hours. The team that showed up was polite, professional and very informative about what to use on certain fabrics in the future - and the best part, my stain was gone! Will definitely be using again for all cleaning needs.

Me and my son love our couch and of course, we had a few accidents, marker rubs and regular wear from sitting and laying on it. It was in need of a good deep clean and I found Chicago Couch Cleaners. I was amazed at the job they did! They were prompt, courteous and efficient! My couch looks brand new and I couldn’t be happier! I will definitely use them again!
Just had a emergency service done for our couch that someone threw up on. They came out on Sunday and did a great job! We couldn’t be more thankful them and that they came out on Sunday. We give the company 5 stars and would highly recommend.
We fostered so many dogs for last year and they made a mess on our rugs. Luckily you were able to remove all dirt and pee stains as well as urine smell. We will continue using your company for rugs cleaning because we experienced excellent and professional service.
I got my mattress cleaned with this company. It was in the storage for 6 month so it got dirty and was full of dust and mold. The CT used eco-green shampoo and even worked hard on old stains. I was surprised ‘cause almost all stains were removed. He applied deodorizer in the end and it substituted all bad mold smell.
